Warranty Policy:
All circuit boards, consoles, vapor motors, and pulsers are warranted to be free from defect for one year from the date of installation. All cash drawers are warranted to be free from defect for 6 months from the installation date. All printers are warranted to be free from defect for 90 days, also from the date of installation. Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of the original part only. There is no allowance for labor or mileage. Warranty items will be repaired at no charge. Freight charges will also be covered for UPS Ground shipments. This warranty will not apply to items that have been damaged by liquid spills, customer abuse, acts of God, improper installation, or damage in shipment.

Core Policy:
Cores must be in rebuildable condition and are to be a like for like exchange. Our normal exchange price will be charged when a core is sent to us along with your order. When possible, we will send our repaired unit in advance of receiving your core. If cores are not returned within 30 days of receiving our repaired unit, a core charge will be billed to you.

Freight Policy:
Freedom Electronics will ship your order UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. Shipment charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice.

Credit Terms:
It is our policy to request a completed credit application from new customers. Our general credit terms are 2%, 10 days, NET 30. The 2% discount may only be taken when payment is made within 10 days of item receipt.  In addition, we accept VISA or MasterCard. At our discretion, accounts may be placed on COD only basis when payment becomes consistently slow.
